This new "institutional investment company" will not be issuing PR's of any kind, since they are being structured. Any advisories, etc will be issued through FFGO--during the month of September, supposedly.

Lumb's shutting it down.....and starting it back up under a new name.

It means there won't be communication until something happens; no interim PRs.

Hi Veblen, I understand it as NMGL will not be putting out Press Releases and FFGO is closing shop as of Sept. 30...no further PRs or IR after that, as the Company will be dormant.

FFGO is wrapping things up next month. After the deal closes on August 31, we'll get the dates we need and ultimately the NMGL Preferred A and B shares in our accounts. We will then need to wait for "the day" after Jan. 1, 2011 when NMGL files an 8K, confirming the sale of the mines. NMGL will not be putting out PRs updating us on the status of the sale.

Again, that is how I understand it.

I am not sure what this portion of the Company post means.
