This new "institutional investment company" will not be issuing PR's of any kind, since they are being structured. Any advisories, etc will be issued through FFGO--during the month of September, supposedly.

"...The Company anticipates that all Fortress Financial Group Inc. corporate activities will cease after that time."

Lumb's shutting it down.....and starting it back up under a new name.
