Yes you are correct.Mr.Smith made the trip to germany and put the cotton valey plus few other oil lease together to creat Black Dragon International.We are very close to open the door for BDGR international.Humble 2000 to 2500 barrel/day.900 oil wells will be pumping oil 2 to 6 barrel/each well/day.BDGR will be pumping oil 7500 to 10,000 barrel of oil/day in near future.Three rigs are working everyday.
Both did, Smith for BDGR, and Barnett for OMDA and about the same time. On June 3 BDGR PR'd that they will travel to Germany in a few days to meet with a potential "JV" partner. The same Day OMDA announces they have started talks with a bio-diesel company about a JV. Just pointing out one of MANY coincidences between the two company's management and their pump machine.
Another coincidence: BDGR announces that they will "shut down" (as in destroy?) BDGR and create a new company. Then they start dumping shares in BDGR diluting the shareholders out of existence. And the shareholders cheer? WOW! Unbelievable.
Screw the shareholders then PR about a J.V. in Germany maybe???? Does Germany refuse to extradite to the USA or something???
