Requests for admissions are part of the discovery process in a civil case. In the U.S. federal court system, they are governed by Rule 36 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

damn straight....from here on out for our adversaries, this is a combo-game of Chess and Russian Roulette. They will be weighing their responses very very carefully....but eventually the gaps and facts will force the truth out into the open imo.
