the regdex was very small whatever he is doing required shares and not money. He didn't have enough so he increased the OS not the AS. I feel JMO that an AQuisition is almost if not complete and that's the next PR. Shares were exchanged for that purpose. Again I'm guessing on this becuase he was not specific but sounded very happy:)
