Oh, that's a pretty big thing. That will at the very least give the company some sustainability. I'm not sure how current Radioshack is these days but I don't see them shuttering down like other companies so apparently they still sell products that people care about. The fact that they have leases can also give them a nice source of revenue as well. Commercial space is expensive.
