Agreed. Rosen did stumble and I felt was simply misinformed. I believed he jumped the gun on old information and was burned in court, no big deal though its not like he had to walk out with his tail between his legs.
Yesterdays hearing was definetely a confidence builder for our case, in many ways but more so with the atty's that our on the EC side. The direct and very assertive responses really make the court room silent. Rosen and Co. are up against a huge team, and as they old saying goes the EC doesnt seem to ask a question they dont already know the answer to.
Sept 1st and 7th will be very telling.
In regards to the board exaggerating, well even though I have come to expect it I was looking forward to listening to the audio because of the comments. I guess deep down hoping for a weeping Rosen LOL
