I'm with Donald Duck. Not because I think the company is up for sale. But the perception that there may be a bid is far from being harmful. It adds a positive influence on the stock's price (which it can do with right now). It draws in speculative buyers in a market with few of them. These kinds of things. So the speculation itself is a useful thing for long investors, regardless of what you think the probability of a sale might be.
Wave is in a strategically interesting position at this point. That gradually is becoming apparent. The article is saying much the same thing in its own way.
