Yeah, it is pretty obvious what it is. There is no change in directors and the annual report would not be filed as an amendment.

There is no really reason to amend the articles unless there is some kind of change in management or an increase to the A/S. If it was something simple and uneventful she would have told you without hesitation or excuse.

Gummy, let me respectfully pose this question. Are you
upset because Behl issued more shares or are you upset
because they did not inform you prior to the issuance
and assumung you own shares in this company, would you
have sold before they announced that information?
