Your response was not ridiculous, the situation is. I hope the company is willing to update shareholders of any important changes before the State of Florida does it.

I am saddened to hear about Dennis Fisher's son. As much as I dislike the actions of our CEO, I do understand the emotions and stresses of a sick loved one. I wish his son the best.

If I had the information, personally, myself and I was free to share with you this moment I would! I do not have the information you asked for, I am the only one in the office so far this morning. Dennis Fisher's son was taken to the hospital yesterday in very serious condition and therefore he is not available at this moment for me to ask. I think that is ridiculous. It is a public document filed with the State of Florida. Are you seriously going to make shareholders wait for the state of Florida to update us on the company? I assume it is another increase in the Authorized Shares. Can you ask if you are allowed to share the current number of Outstanding shares as well? I strongly believe it is much higher than the numbers included in the Q2 financials.

There is so much talk about Openness and Transparency .. Yet when I contact the Transfer Agent, I am told I have to contact the issuer. When I contact the Issuer, I am told the information is not available to me. This is not transparency, this is the opposite.

Shareholders should not have to wait for the actions of the State of Florida to find out about BEHL. Especially considering the fact that you just held an Open House.
