Of course he owes us something. Months is nothing. Alot wait years for anything. The PRs about MD Logistics, Regis, PartyLite, Chicos, the unaudited financials were very significant in showing that the company is alive and is doing well. Some say those were pumping tools used to create volume so Toms could dump. This is so far away from the truth, it's pathetic.
Toms didn't dump. He increased the A/S because he had to, in order to accomodate the CDs. Not because he needed money. The pps is a reflection of the CDs and minimal transparency, nothing else.
Some will say, "If the company is making money why not do a buyback right now?"
Well, we're traders and he's the CEO of several companies. I'm sure he has a reason. He knows what he's doing.
Obviously griping about it hasn't gotten anywhere and trying to warn people of alleged shady activity isn't working either. People are still buying, for their own reasons of course.
Time is running out on Toms and he is aware of it. When he does thrown us a bone, I think it'll be the whole skeleton rather than just a bone.
