I find it very hard to believe that this has anything to do with Dean being a control freak. He owns how many shares?

I would tend to agree that their could easily be some sort of problem with trying to run two companies separately without resigning from one to begin working for the other. I'm sure its no power grab as Dean definitely doesn't want to remain as CEO - he just wants to get things off the ground then retire to the background. So far that's been his biggest challenge.
