It sounds like someone jumped the gun on the previous PR, maybe some conflict at this time having the APEX guys as CEO/CFO in officer/BOD positions at the acquiring company before the acquision is final.

This is too ham-handed imo to be a retraction for the sake of a flat out power grab. Makes more sense to me that it's a necessary evil for the sake of something else. Does anyone get the idea that Bradley even wants to be involved in day to day Operations? I didn't. He's the deal guy, not the Ops guy.
