The only reason the A/S is so high is because the company had to pay off debt. From what I was told, the company is now debt free and they want to stay that way. In the pass they had debt converted and thats why they had to increase the A/S. The company was growing slowly and from what I was told pressure from share holders convinced the CEO to try financing from a hedge fun. We all know what hedge funds do to small companies. If this all sounds crazy I will explain later. I need a nap, I did not sleep since Friday, I will respond later.
'Bankshot' ... I don't think CEO (James Cooper) is going to divulge or release material or inside information to any individual via phone, e-mail or any other form of communication.
He and others from the co. could probably discuss past co. history, but not current or future #'s or plans.
