I have called Cooper a couple of times in the past, Rick Fass, too. They're helpful as far as the product, but Cooper acts like he's either afraid he might divulge improper inside info, or he's just interested in the business and not the shareholders or stock. JMO, however, I own a pretty good amount and am waiting for higher prices to sell.
