very_tired15: I saw the case filed by the man in PA.. it is not properly done... makes no sense.. does not follow procedure. If the case were to be presented to the filing clerk in a more strict "follow the rules of procedure" courthouse, it would not have even been accepted.

I hate to tell Mr. Treffey, but the court instructed me to file it this way. I guess this US federal court doesn't have "real" procedure...
It is a miscellaneous case and it will be allowed or not allowed.

If I was an "attorney" and involved in a 3.87 trillion dollar lawsuit, I would have long ago questioned what the hell was going on.. demanded evidence before signing on... demanded transparency and questioned the whole procedure... like a real lawyer does...

As I said before, the dice are rolling... If it is of no concern to him, big deal...

Why doesn't he get an honest answer from his attorney that won't even tell him anything...and not worry about my motion...

Whatever happens, happens.. All I can tell Mr. Hodges and Mr. Treffey is at least there is something for people to read and understand and the desire to seek real, solid, evidence and information...not meaningless faxes sent off to heads of state..

By the way, Mr. Treffey, my motion didn't get thrown out...yet..

Love to have these guys just step up once and tell the truth..
