then why they keep the shares on their hand, not having funding service to buy their convertible debts to make more cash to buy cos? The filing shows they kept the 2B shares, not selling the debts to funding service to get cash.

I guess you need to educate the board a little here the definition and the purpose of a Co to be traded publicly.

From what I see here is everyone wants EMLL to be the next "Billion Dollar Co" without selling a single share or without issuing any restricted stock for aquisitions...
