the 8-k is not financials. If they file the 10-q then thats a different story. imo right now it will stay in this range till about the middle of next week then it may start to show life. Maybe sooner. Maybe later. Time will tell. I have a good feeling plus all the pros of this stock overweigh the cons IMHO

I can see where you are coming from in terms of some of the TA on the chart but seriously, I have to say nobody here knows how well this will do or not just yet.

Thus, why I remain realistic, and will not say it's going to do well, but will say...I will watch and see what happens.

Also...you need to learn to distinguish between a financial filing and a statement of events.

Why would you even try to deceive and call an 8-k a financial filing? It's not even close to the same thing, not in any universe.
