Fundamentals are looking very strong, they just filed financials on Aug 17 Form 8-K you can see it here http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=7420133.

The investment with JFS must be significant enough for them to receive such a large portion of the revenue from the first run.

There is not much to worry about as far as an increase in share structure, it is very unlikely that would happen at this point in the game, however even if they did increase share structure with the very positive outlook on the stock and company it is likely it would have little effect on pps.

Most of the questions about the stock have already been addressed by many posters on this board. Most of us are buckled in and waiting for the next PR and the shoes to hit the shelves come September. The run is going to be huge.

Technicals also show this stock has legs. It is as close to a sure thing that you will find in pinkyland. Do not be too suprised to see a nice run up next week as we get nearer to September when the shoes hit the selves.
