They can't give numbers without an audit. That's why SEC won't allow numbers to be given, need an audit first, and CTKH doesn't want to spend money on an audit, they figure no need to now while they're in acquisition mode, they don't want to report those numbers until they complete acquisitons and then go on OTC BB.
