I'm tired of being raped by fat cats who put out phoney press to take advantage of people like me.
BDGR put out two quarterly reports stating that there was only 1,000,000,000 shares outstanding. They even hired a law firm to confirm by letter of opinion the accuracy of the numbers in both of the quarterly reports. At the same time that they were printing these numbers of total authorized shares, they petioned the State of Delaware to authorize more shares, yet they failed to disclose this fact to the common share holders.
I believe that this is fraud.
They then flood the market with extra shares and now my shares and yours (if you have any) are diluted and worth less.
It was an attractive company to invest in with 1 billion shares but it isn't with 15 billion.
