That's a good update...

i take two things away from that. The first being he can not comment on shares AS which in public trading world means there could be something cooking regarding that and he is in a quiet period regarding that. He knows the feelings of the shareholders, and maybe it will be addressed by the Board of Directors...importnat key is they know the deal, and have feeling they may do something about it early next week.

Second, he will be posting another transfer agenet update on Monday, which is going to show NO increase in shares. This is telling the market there is no selling on their part between now and Monday.

So, when stock tics down, people cant say, 'oh, the company is selling'....cause they are NOT...and Monday will show that peoples paranoid delusions are just that, paranoia. Green lights and clear skys into early next week!
