every one has there own opinion on what things mean. looking at it from what i was told from etrade and i read is they want to try to take care of the share holders that register with them.I have over 5 million shares payed .0003 per share i think ill do half my shares to paper.after a month i will deposit them back in etrade if nothing just to get more info from them on what is going on. hope this helps thanks pezz
