I just had a long conversation with ETrade as well. They told me they couldn't think of a single beneficial reason to convert my shares to paper. After dumping over a billion shares in July and destroying common shareholder value I find it hard to trust anything they would say.
Why does DILUTION smell so sweet ? I get attracted to it like a bee - always right before it hits. I am admitting - I hate, and will get out of garbage SPECS !
