I just went to the Delaware web site and paid 20.00 to get the number of shares that are authorized by BDGR.

here is what I found out.

There are 15,000,000,000 authorized.

03/26/2010
07/06/2010
and 08/16/2010 they amended the stock count of authorized shares.

I will file complaint with SEC on Friday evening.
