The only way you're going to get 1's is if there is a buyer @ 2 for 9 millon and a seller @ 1 for 10 million and you @ 1 for 1 million.

The MM doesn't want to own shares. But if he can buy 10M @ 1 and sell 9M @ 2 and the remaining 1M @ 1 to you so he doesn't have to hold them he would likely do that.
