Baker Tilley cannot release any info about the audit. I would be very surprised if they confirm they are even doing the audit. An accounting firm is legally liable if information about an audit is divulged. Only the client can release information. Sort like attorney-client privilege. The client is the mouth piece for all audit information. And we all know what can happen when you get dem lawyers pissed off.

I am as frustrated as everyone else but blasting emails to Baker Tilley is not a good idea. Only OWVI can pontificate any audit info. So blast away at OWVI.
