As for Baker and Tilly, why would they reveal to anyone the status of an audit they are doing for a client? That makes no sense to me. If I hired a firm to audit my books - I certainly would expect confidentiality.

Contact OWVI and see what the hold up is. I believe someone did and said that they are almost there. Don't let the negative bashers who are here stir up a nervous pot. The phrase "once finished" means just that. Would you have wanted Steve Prior to put in the press release "the audit will be late"? You would have been even more nervous and conjecturing all kinds of doomsday scenarios.
