I believe they may have 95% commitment, and I do not foresee our new CEO making a premature announcement with any date attached.

As I have always been a strong supporter of Dean, the one error was placing the timeframe in the PR, and mentioning them on conf calls.

I made an error last week and predicted by a certain date when I thought the funding would come through, and I was hammered.. and deserved it. I offered to resign as MOD if the funding did not come through, and one of our regular posters took me up on it..and true to my word, if no funding by that date you will not see my name as Asst Mod any longer.

Have been a shareholder since the very, very beginning..and I am still a believer.
