Completion of the audit is not a material event. It would definitely favorably affect the sp if it showed substance. However, increasing the sp would be counter-productive to the good of the company if they still plan to buy back shares. Funding has always been the key, and I'm thinking they may have firm commitments on it already or they would not have moved forward with the management change.
