I do not know about vinegar however i practice
drinking 1 glass cold water with 1 spoon of
olive oil and 1 quarter freshly pressed lemon
juice just about first thing in the morning,
(ok, maybe second lol). I recommend you try it
for a few weeks and feel the difference.

Surviving without a morsel of food and water for more than 70 years sounds humanly impossible, but Prahlad Jani, an 82-year-old Indian, claims to have eaten not a single grain of rice or consumed a drop of water since the early years of World War II.
