Why did the stock move to the grey's anyway? Once the SEC investigation was over wasn't it free to start trading again? If not, why hasn't the SEC brought a formal process against the company? Either they lied or they didn't, and if they didn't, why are they not back on the pinks.

cuz it went four days with no trades cuz it was suspended.

It *is* free to trade. Depending on what it finds, the SEC may indeed bring formal charges.

They *can* get back on the pinks via 15c2-11 process.
