These guys should be hung out to dry. Snakeoil salesman. All of them. Not the first time I lost money on a scam stock, but it's not like the SEC does any good. It's like dropping off my dry cleaning and having the feds lock up the place losing the key while my laundry sits inside the store and collects dust.
Why did the stock move to the grey's anyway? Once the SEC investigation was over wasn't it free to start trading again? If not, why hasn't the SEC brought a formal process against the company? Either they lied or they didn't, and if they didn't, why are they not back on the pinks.
I thought the stock would take off with the LA oil issue, but their short and long-term prospects started to sound well too. Now the only thing they have to say is the big middle finger. Where's the accountability?
