The yes:
There has been good news released and the company does have assets and income apparently. That is if it still has the assets it stated in the 1st qtr report. Of course, that data was intentionally (IMO) omitted from the last report and we know the share structure was also intentionally (IMO) misstated. Nonetheless, the market cap (whatever it truly is) should have been much higher than it WAS and still MAY be.
The no:
The share-price will never appreciate as long as this kind of dilution is going on. If you were to double the value of the company but increase the shares four-fold, the share-price will fall by 50%, all other things being equal. And I don't know that they have increased the value at all, Likely it has dropped with the settlement. I honestly feel the share-price is only 10% of what it should have been two months ago. So the question is: Was this a 10 bagger two months ago? Because it needed to be, then reach that potential, to break even now.
