If IHGP/Yates aren't too bright then it will happen after September 1st, most likely Tuesday, September 7th, and if they're smarter than we think then on or before August 31st for sure. I don't know how smart IHGP/Yates are so I can't predict the exact date. The later they wait the dumber they are and I won't get any disagreements here. If they wait until on or after September 1, 2010 then they're incompetent and if they go R/S on August 31, 2010 or before then I will apologize and admit that I was wrong. I won't be calling them smart, but not dumb or incompetent. If they would take an IQ test then I would be able to predict the approximate time. Good luck all!
