This will be confusing for you

so I will type slow. My point was to contrast these 2 statements (and oddly enough, had you clicked the mouse 1 more step back in the chain, you would have seen this very statment in the message I was replying to authored by Gump):

This is from the company: "Delta controls some 8000 acres throughout Montana located within the Wyoming Craton where much of North America's diamonds have been found."

and this is from the article you so helpfully quoted because I mangled my previous link somehow:

"If more are found, the 80-acre site known as the Homestead property could become the state's first-ever commercial diamond operation and the only working diamond mine in the United States, geologists said. Canada currently has the only diamond mines operating in North America."

So, as far as I can tell, the phrase "much of North America's Diamonds" seems a touch, shall we say, embellished. I just get suspicious when companies feel the need to do that.

Take your time and realize I am making no statement about their ability (or lack thereof) to find diamonds. I am only pointing out that they are a bit loose with the truth. Pump away. We won't see you again after this one tanks.
