Then there are the 65 posts on the RagingBull QLHC Board, one of which is an analyst's evaluation. Finally there is Email going to to Investor Relations, talk with management where I am moving in, a chance to see first hand how QLHC buys and improves one of its holdings.

Next move is to check out the insurance business. Tentative thought: if all turns out as it presently looks, yours truly sees this perhaps the same way Techisbest sees BIPH.

Lots of work to do. But please don't say I plan to go in blind. At present I have nibble in for 2000 shares. Tentative goal, if all the parts start checking out--20,000 shares.
Not jumping in "both feet". I like the people I meet here. My instincts say I may have a wimmer. Now the slow hard work of finding out. Dave
