INSTITUTIONAL BUYING INCREASED
Here is the reson i think stock is going up.
Notice the pie chart on the bottom between one month and one day.

Notice that for the prior month total was 7% total IB,
where just in one day we increased 3% to total of 11%.

Also retail buying has increased little as well.

NOW MY QUESTION IS...is that Institutional buying due to covering due to SHO regulations or institutions accumilating shares.

By the way...When did these regulations kick in and do they cover pink sheets as well ?

I thank everyone for posting their opinions. I realy enjoy this board by reading meaninful info not bashing or stupid remarks that do waste my time reading useless posts.
