I do believe in my opinion that the FDic and Jpm know exactly what the values are and waiting for the examiner to some may be anti-climactic.

Now what may be said by the examiner could be something we never expected and may shock many and dare I say what that may be.

Steve, thank you very much for your advice. Same here, I'm holding Pref. and common since Sept 2008 immediately after BK. I'm not expecting a quick settlement, especially in a case of proving wrongdoing of FDIC/JPM.
