Them not knowing what they are offering us is a little nerve racking since I think they are just as likely to R/S and dilute shares immediatly while im holding paper as they are to announce any good news
Perhaps there is some good news coming in the Sept. Finacials and they would like to have people having actual shares to minimize the effects of a quick run up and sell off?
Of course this is just speculation on my part and my real concern is that they would have Investors grab paper shares then do a R/S on us making it very hard to dump the shares off before they do....
Any feeling either way anyone?
I'd feel alot better about the scenario if Bani had some sort of statement saying a R/S is not in the near foreseable future etc etc
