other company's have done this be for to try to get people to hold there shares not turn them so fast when I was a manager with walmart they did this the stock was like 7 bucks a share with in the year we jumped 33 bucks a share. I know this is bani not walmart but I think I see what hes trying to do it keeps out the flippers and gives the stock time to rise. hope it works.
