The driver already sold the vehicle and the new owner seems to be getting the harshest punishment.. Not sure of the logic but thank you sir for the ticket anyway..Have a nice day..lol

!!!! Bucfan by the looks of things lately, MEANING ALL THE SEC cases coming to COURT (literally) it would seem the cops were looking the other way for some time , till Enron slammed into the side of one of those cop cars and caused quit the pileup ,as most likely everyone was speeding at SOME POINT determind by all the skid marks left in the road. (LOL) After further investigation by head officer OPIE ( Mr. Spitzer) and Barney Fife (SEC)

Astute comment-- unfortunately, our society is driven by materialism and greed and honesty takes a back seat. The sad thing is that individuals involved in speeding are often winked at by the enforcement agencies (probably connections with the police chief) and then when behavior becomes too egregious to ignore any longer, everyone is amazed about it and comment about how awful it is.
