I e-mailed again last night and also Susan Golden the Trustee. I don't see any reason the EC can't give us an update. Are negotiations ongoing? Or are they going to fight all the way? I'll wait for results of your call before I call also. Don't want to harass Jay but some communication with shareholders should be approiate.
