Im pretty sure we the shareholders are paying for Skadden's services. I plan to be courteous but by no means will I apologize for the disturbance. I will document the results of the call for all.
Skadden was very polite and professional. My suggestion if you contact Skadden is to
1) have question or questions written down before you call. This allows you to stick to your points and get answers without appearing to annoy them.
2) Be professional and understand that they might not be able to answer every question. It is ok to ask why they can not answer but do not berate them after they tell you why they can not answer.
3) Ask for the name of who you are speaking with and write it down.
4) Understand that this case for you is personal if you own shares, for these attorneys it is there job. Your passion and there passion may not be on the same plain.
