You just cannot just blatantly say in your press release that you "SIGNED" somebody when you didnt,UNLESS that individual has given you the rights, and permission to do so,pending a signed piece of paper that was already agreed to. The deal is 100% done. There are no ifs, ands, or buts about it. Thats just the way it is, weather people wanna believe it or not. And no, its not a record deal, but for its, its better than a record deal. For ENTI, its better than a record deal. You say you believe he "intends" to sign ? Why would the PR say that he did ?? I think he has already signed a short form agreement, and that another short form was sent to him for a more formal LONGER TERM agreement. I just dont understand how a company can get away with saying that a major recording artist has signed a contract with them, IF HE HAS NOT??
