I understand where you are coming from, on the reverse note though, I have had a few of my friends here in AZ get pissed at me for not giving them a heads up on some stocks.
A few of my friends I work with, trade stocks together, we always inform eachother of what we have on watch, we also made it known that if we play off each other we assume the risk.
One of my friends got mad at me for not telling him about sfmi when I started buying at .04-.05.
As far as sfmi, I think your wrong, the chart is indicating a nice breakout soon.
but the 10q will shed light on the truth....
