I feel your pain. I, too, have been waiting much longer than I thought I would have too but what else would you have them do. It appears they have a strategy and are patiently executing it. In my heart, I feel Nokia's strategy is simply one of delaying the inevitable hoping their recalcitrance will trigger frustration and a hasty settlement. It's dirty business.
Nokia could've set a rate at any time, and probably much more favorable than they'll get now, during the ERICY trial. They took a risk and now they're gonna get burned while looking really foolish.
