I have to agree Biz after almost 2 years and no itemize list of assets it boggles the mind how a POR let alone multi #s of them can even be presented to the court in lue of no hard list of assets come on 2200 locations of WAMU alone. The examiner should have no problem exposing all the short comings of assets and the smoke and mirrors of BR.

There is no doubt in my mind that the examiner has or will request the 3.1(a) statement itemizing the assets conveyed to JPM.
