When I think Tubestar and pipeline inspection or restoration, I think moving 'water' not oil from the ocean long distances to either storage tanks or reservoirs.
I also think of Tubestar being a small cog in a bigger wheel. They are affiliated with and associates of companies that might answer some additional questions.
