What you describe is what I assume all these pennies to be (and frequently proves to be the case)--who cares, most adults realize this is a game of timing and luck and know better that to think these prs are truthful--you pays your money and takes your chances--one guy calls an investor in these things somebody that bought in, and failed to bail in time--so that is why I'm an investor--jmho-gl
